Learning is not limited to the classroom, studio, lab, workshop, or the field. Neither is it limited to one’s elected major/s or minor/s. The University Honors Program offers you opportunities to take a macro perspective on your education. We want you to reflect on your course of study – to integrate it into your own experiences and deepen your understanding of the world we live in. You will learn as much, if not more, from other students and members of our community, as you will in your specialized area of study. Honors students live with students from diverse majors and backgrounds in our Living Learning Communities; experience the world through our Global Seminars; and figure out what the “life of the mind” means through research and scholarship advising.
